How do I watch the virtual sessions?
Sessions will be broadcasted via our event portal - available on mobile and web. Follow this link this get set up using the passcode emailed to registrants. For accessing the web version just select "Access the Web App" for downloading the mobile app, follow that link on your phone.
Once the session is live, you will see a "Join Live Session" button on each session in the Agenda.
I previously registered for the user conference when it was a paid in-person event. Do I receive a refund?
Yes, look for refund confirmation email from Eventbrite. Your refund will refunded to your original form of payment in 5-7 business days.
Do I need to cancel my hotel reservation or is it automatically canceled?
We've handled your hotel cancellation for you. Look for an email from the Omni confirming your cancellation. There is no cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment.
I had a training ticket, can I still get training?
Yes, we're offering 30 days of free access to our training platform, FMS University to anyone who registered for a training add-on ticket. Your training ticket will be refunded to your original form of payment in 5-7 business days and the training team will reach out to you to give you access to FMS University.
Is this event open to non-clients?
Yes, the majority of this digital event is open to non-clients. Sessions open to clients only will be marked accordingly. We'd love to have you join us!
